 "but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles;

they will run and not grow weary,

they will walk and not be faint."

Isaiah 40:31

SOAR stands for Starting Over Again Racers.
It is a walking and/or running program for those who want to train for a 5k, half or full marathon.

I believe the key to becoming and staying fit always comes back to starting over. No one is perfect when it comes to training, we all get sick or injured at sometime in our lives and just because we "fall off the bandwagon" doesn't mean we are failures. Starting Over Again is what its all about, if you Start Over Again you cannot fail.

What is this program: This program is designed with a group in mind. Each individual will sign up and be a part of the SOAR group as we train together for distance walking or running events. As a SOAR group we will support and encourage each other through blog posts, emails, and weekly meet ups.

Who Can Join: Any fitness level is encouraged to join this group. Different levels of fitness can go different paces and train for different event distances.
